Pay Range: $51 - $52/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP TM solutions aligned with business and supply chain requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state solutions and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Configure SAP TM modules for transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement.
• Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA and ensure reliable data flow across systems.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to validate business requirements.
• Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues during production support.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement enhancements.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote SAP TM best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 9-12 years of SAP experience with significant hands-on expertise in SAP Transportation Management.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP TM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable system solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• SAP TM Certification preferred.
• Experience leading SAP TM implementations for large enterprise organizations.
• Experience supporting transportation, logistics, freight management, and supply chain operations.
• Consulting and client-facing experience.
