Duales Studium Soziale Arbeit (B.A.) | Münster, Germany | On-site

This employer is seeking driven individuals to embark on a dual study program in Social Work (B.A.). This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while pursuing an accredited degree, contributing meaningfully to society. The program offers specialized tracks and a supportive learning environment.

The Role

  • Gain practical insights into areas like socio-psychiatric support and educational assistance.
  • Support colleagues in providing practical, goal-oriented, and educational guidance within clients' living environments and family situations.
  • Participate in hands-on learning with a focus on individualised support.
  • Explore specialization in one of four key areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Children and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.

What You'll Need

  • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified professional qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator status.
  • German language proficiency at B2 level.
  • Demonstrated traits of diligence, responsibility, and confidentiality.
  • Empathy, compassion, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
  • Prior experience through a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal volunteer service, or other volunteer activities is advantageous.
