Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience supporting automated eligibility/benefits systems for SNAP, TANF, or Employment & Training (E&T) programs.
• Strong experience analyzing business requirements, supporting system enhancements, and working with benefits determination processes.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Windows applications.
• Certified Professional Business Analyst (CBAP/CPBA) or similar business analysis certification.
