The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and end your day at home, undertaking demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
• Benefit from optional overtime available.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with outstanding member service skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
