Senior Coupa Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the Coupa platform and S2P processes.
• Manage approval workflows, user roles, permissions, and spend controls.
• Support supplier onboarding and supplier lifecycle management.
• Monitor integrations between Coupa, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents, data issues, and integration problems.
• Support Coupa implementations, enhancements, testing, and releases.
• Coordinate monthly Coupa releases and perform impact assessments.
• Support SOX controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties.
• Maintain system documentation, controls, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, SAP, integration, and vendor teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better user experience.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Coupa, Source-to-Pay, Procurement Systems, or Finance Technology.
• Hands-on Coupa administration or implementation experience.
• Strong P2P and procurement process knowledge.
• Experience with Coupa workflows, approvals, supplier management, and controls.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in SOX-controlled environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Coupa certifications, experience with Coupa Procurement/Invoicing/Payments, integrations, data governance, and product/platform operating models.
