The Role

• Collaborate to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities for nursing staff.
• Support orientation, continuing education, and competency programs.
• Act as a learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, and advocate for Nursing Professional Development.
• Champion scientific inquiry and practice transition for nurses.
• Provide educational support to Orthopedic Surgical Units and the broader Nursing Professional Development Division.
• Eligible for TN sponsorship for qualified candidates.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree in Nursing or a nursing/healthcare/education-related field.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted if accompanied by a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing practice experience.
• Current RN license by applicable State requirements.
• Experience in educational programming and demonstrated teaching skills is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) competency is highly recommended.
