Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Design and develop complex electrical boards and custom form-factor systems for high-speed data processing applications.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to translate system requirements into practical, high-reliability hardware designs.
  • Perform hardware design analysis, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations throughout the entire development lifecycle.
  • Support hardware verification, qualification, and production activities by executing test plans and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems and hardware design, including board-level development.
  • Experience designing mixed-signal, high-speed digital, and analog circuits for high-reliability environments.
  • US Citizenship is required for this role.
