Position: Mobile Powered Access Engineer Location: Birmingham Hours: Monday to Friday – Days Salary: £41,000 - £48,000

Company van and fuel card An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join a well-established business covering Warrington and the surrounding areas. This is a field-based role specialising in the service, maintenance, and repair of truck mounted access platforms, offering stable weekday hours, a competitive salary, and long-term career prospects. The Role:<br />Service, maintain, and repair truck mounted platforms (MEWPs)<br />Diagnose and rectify faults on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems specific to vehicle-mounted equipment<br />Carry out LOLER inspections and ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations<br />Complete servicing, inspections, and repairs both on customer sites and at depot when required<br />Accurately complete service reports and job documentation<br />Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all timesThe Ideal Candidate:<br />Proven experience working specifically on truck mounted access platforms<br />CAP qualification preferred (Truck Mounted category advantageous), though not essential<br />Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and vehicle-mounted systems<br />Confident fault-finding and problem-solving ability<br />Ability to work independently in a mobile role<br />Full UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer:<br />Company van and fuel card<br />Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekend rota<br />Stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable employer<br />Ongoing training and development within the truck mounted sectorInterested?
