Mobile Fabric Engineer

We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Undertaking all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating
• Ensuring you are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements
• Required to answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit . To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer role you

must have:

• Experienced working within commercial property.
• Multi Skilled skillset.
• Full, current driving license.
• Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a construction or similar environment.
