The Role • Engage in daily childcare and educational tasks under guidance. • Develop and implement engaging, play-based activities to foster children's development. • Provide individual support and ensure children's integration into group activities. • Document and reflect on professional practice and learning experiences. • Serve as a point of contact for parents and/or educators. • Explore a specialization in educational work with children, work with families, or leadership in social institutions. What You'll Need • (Technical) University entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or a state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency (B2 level). • A genuine passion for working with children. • Patience, resilience in stressful situations, and assertiveness. • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills. • A responsible approach and an interest in social issues. • Interest in both practical childcare and theoretical/scientific aspects of pedagogy. What's On Offer • A monthly allowance of €305 - €340 gross, depending on the partner company. • Full coverage of study fees, up to €789 per month. • Practical experience within established social institutions. • Opportunities for direct entry into roles like Child Pedagogue, Head of Institution, or Family Counselor upon graduation.
