Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong enterprise architecture, integration, and Salesforce implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Fortune 500 clients and in client-facing architecture roles.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce product suite.
• 6+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.
• 10+ Salesforce certifications, including at least 2 Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Strong experience working directly with Fortune 500 / enterprise clients in client-facing roles.

• Expertise in at least 3 Salesforce Clouds, preferably:
• Financial Services Cloud
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Community / Experience Cloud
• Extensive experience with Salesforce data migrations from third-party and legacy systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce business process design, configuration, and business rules.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce business process design and configuration.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce authentication patterns, including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
• 10+ years of multi-tier architecture and scalable solution design experience.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with manufacturing and billing systems.
• 8+ years of integration architecture and integration tools experience.
• Strong experience with real-time APIs and ETL.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Salesforce Connect, and related integration technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce configuration, declarative customization, and Apex development.
• Strong understanding of the complete Salesforce application lifecycle, including:
• Solutioning & Planning
• Development & Testing
• Environment Management
• Release Management
• Code Versioning
• Deployment Methodologies
• Production Operationalization
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Salesforce best practices.
• Ability to evaluate and balance configuration vs. customization, managed packages, AppExchange applications, accelerators, and connectors.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and ITSM processes is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuously expanding knowledge within the Salesforce ecosystem.
