Sr. IT Product Manager (Hybrid in Oak Brook, IL)

Sr. IT Product Manager Needed.
Hybrid 3 days onsite per week in Oak Brook, Illinois.
6-12+ month contract, potential contract to hire.

Experience Needed:

• Prior and recent experience as an IT Product Manager for applications.


• Prior Business Analyst experience to gather requirements, write user stories.


• Communicating with C-level executives and stakeholders.

Overview:

• Key responsibilities will include helping internal teams understand the product direction, identifying what applications and capabilities are needed, and engaging directly with customers to gather insight.


• The role will require strong collaboration because there will be significant integration between new and existing product (rebuilding the application while still using the current application).


• Initially, the Product Manager may need to function as both Product Manager and Business Analyst, including gathering requirements and writing user stories. If the business need grows, the role may eventually have its own dedicated team.
