Job Description

  • Led end-to-end Workday Compensation implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live.

  • Designed and configured Workday Compensation modules, including compensation plans, salary structures, allowances, bonuses, and merit processes.

  • Conducted business requirements workshops and translated requirements into functional designs and system configurations.

  • Configured compensation eligibility rules, grade profiles, compensation packages, and business processes.

  • Collaborated with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to align compensation solutions with organizational policies.

  • Supported compensation reviews, annual merit cycles, bonus programs, and compensation planning.

  • Performed functional testing, resolved configuration issues, and supported UAT and deployment activities.

  • Prepared functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.

  • Provided post-go-live support and recommended improvements to compensation processes.
