Hiring for Principal Data & AI Solutions Leader - Santa Clara, CA - Full-time

• We are seeking a Data, Analytics & AI Solutions Leader to serve as a strategic partner to our customers and delivery teams across key accounts. Based in the Bay Area, this role will provide technical leadership, shape innovative solutions, and help drive growth through data, analytics, and AI-led transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted advisor for customers, engaging with business and technology stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and drive outcomes.
• Partner with delivery teams to provide hands-on technical leadership and solution oversight across strategic programs.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to shape opportunities, develop winning solution strategies, and support client pursuits.
• Drive adoption of modern Data, Analytics, AI, and Agentic AI solutions leveraging cloud-native platforms and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to create and leverage accelerators, reusable assets, and IP-driven offerings.
• Build strong executive relationships and serve as a bridge between customers, delivery, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, and AI, including solution architecture and customer-facing consulting roles.
• Strong expertise in modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, etc.) and AI/ML technologies.
• Proven ability to engage CXOs, shape large transformation programs, and influence technical and business decisions.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and growth initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Strong hands-on mindset with the ability to dive deep into architecture, delivery challenges, and emerging AI technologies.
