The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of common issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
