Supply Chain BPO Solution Lead (Supply Chain BPO/Deal Shaping/Transition/GBS & SSC)

120-170K plus bonus + benefits

Have you helped win a large supply chain outsourcing deal and then stayed on to make it work? This Supply Chain BPO Solution Lead role asks you to do both: shape the deal in pre-sales, then lead the transition once it is signed.

You'll be one of a small group of senior supply chain specialists working across planning, logistics and procurement, supporting the supply chain sales leadership on large BPO and managed services deals and growing outsourcing revenue directly.

Bring real depth in at least one area of supply chain, the credibility to work across the rest, and the commercial and technology acumen to build a winning solution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting supply chain sales leaders on large BPO and managed services pursuits, from solution design through to the commercial model
• Building business cases, outcome-based pricing and commercial models, transition plans and roadmaps that unlock value through AI and enabling technology
• Shaping cross-functional solutions that span planning, logistics, procurement, customer operations and fulfilment, drawing on your own specialism
• Leading the transition after the sale: taking over the work from the client, transferring knowledge and stabilising the new service
• Advising senior client executives on target operating models, GBS and shared services design, and AI enablement
• Directing project teams day to day, and helping grow the practice through recruiting and mentoring

What You'll Bring

• 15+ years across management consulting, running supply chain operations and leading large outsourcing or managed services transformations
• Hands-on experience of BPO pre-sales or deal shaping, including solution design, business cases and commercial models
• Experience leading at least one outsourcing transition, from knowledge transfer through to a stable new service
• Deep specialism in planning, logistics or procurement, plus the breadth to work across the wider supply chain
• A clear understanding of GBS and SSC operating models, service delivery models and global process ownership

Desirable: sector depth in Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Retail, Industrial, Aerospace and Defence or Automotive, experience inside an outsourcing provider or a global business services centre, applying agentic AI and outcome-based commercial models to operations design
