Embedded Software Team Leader, Northampton

Embedded Software Team Leader. Office based in Northampton. Guitar player required with Embedded software experience.

Market leading company is looking for an Embedded Software Team Leader with experience of Embedded Firmware Development. In this office based role you will manage and lead a small team as they produce high quality and innovative products for the music industry.

Activities and Tasks include -

• Lead, manage and develop the software team.
• Drive the research of innovative software and digital products.
• Manage Embedded and software development projects.
• Lead Agile sprint process.
• Manage delivery of software and firmware from concept through production, including testing and validation.

Experience Required -

• Good knowledge of Agile.
• Proven team management.
• Embedded firmware development experience.
• JUCE framework or similar.
• A strong interest in music - you must be able to play the guitar.
