How You Will Make An Impact
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise ETL and ELT pipelines across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
- Develop and support data integration workflows that improve data quality, consistency, and availability across business systems.
- Build RESTful APIs using .NET technologies to connect applications, data platforms, and integration layers.
- Develop and support .NET applications using C#, Blazor, and modern application development practices.
- Troubleshoot production application, integration, and data pipeline issues while supporting performance optimization.
- Design scalable integration patterns across batch, real-time, and API-driven workflows.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, secure coding practices, and data governance expectations.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and help raise overall engineering quality across the team.
- Participate in Agile delivery, including Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, sprint work, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Use modern development tools, including GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development, to improve delivery efficiency.
Do you bring proven success in enterprise integration, data engineering, and .NET application development?
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on data engineering, integrations, or enterprise application development.
- 5+ years of hands-on C#, .NET, and Blazor development experience.
- 5+ years of ETL experience using Snowflake, SQL Server, SSIS, or similar enterprise data tools.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Azure development experience, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, data modeling, and data quality validation.
- Experience designing and supporting RESTful APIs and API-based integration solutions.
- Background working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Proven ability to mentor developers, contribute to technical design, and support code quality through reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data, application, and integration issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Azure Data Factory, data governance, PII handling, and AI-assisted development experience are strong pluses.
