Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY:

Lead onsite technical delivery and coordination of the Business Events 5.5 6.4 upgrade and RHEL 7 9 migration across discovery, wave planning, refactoring, testing, cutover, rollback, hypercare, and stabilization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the integrated plan for the Business Events and RHEL workstreams, including sequencing, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate client stakeholders with offshore TIBCO and RHEL pods through leadership syncs, readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions.
• Govern five-wave application migration, side-by-side server rebuilds, CI/CD deployments, parallel-run validation, cutover, rollback, and hypercare.
• Ensure final Business Events waves land on the hardened RHEL 9 platform and operational documentation is accepted.
