Job summary

Seeking a PLM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Teamcenter/Teamcenter X, enterprise integration architecture, Medical Device compliance processes, data migration, and digital thread solutions, including SAP, Codebeamer, SolidWorks, and Altium integrations for large-scale global transformation programs.

Required skillsets

•    14 to 16 + years of PLM experience with at least 8+ years as a Solution Architect in Teamcenter / Teamcenter X implementations.
•    Strong expertise in Teamcenter X architecture, including data model design, product structures, lifecycle management, workflows, access control, and configuration management.
•    Ability to define enterprise PLM roadmaps, solution blueprints, target architecture, and global template strategies for large-scale digital transformation programs.
•    Experience architecting Teamcenter X solutions for Part Management, BOM Management, Document Management, Change Management, Classification, and Requirements Management.
•    Strong experience in designing Teamcenter X integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES, ALM, QMS, LMS, and other enterprise applications using modern integration frameworks.
•    Hands-on experience with Active Integration Gateway (AIG), APIs, middleware architectures, event-driven integrations, and enterprise data exchange patterns.
•    Expertise in SolidWorks Integration (SWIM) and Altium Integration, including MCAD/ECAD data management, BOM synchronization, release management, and engineering change processes.
•    Experience defining Digital Thread architecture across Requirements, Design, BOM, Change, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory processes.
•    Strong understanding of Medical Device industry processes, including DHF, DMR, Design Controls, Traceability, CAPA, and Risk Management.
•    Experience defining data governance, system ownership, validation controls, audit trail requirements, and compliance frameworks for regulated environments.
•    Proven expertise in data migration strategy and execution from legacy systems such as Agile PLM, Autodesk Vault, Documentum, SharePoint, Polarion, and TrackWise.
•    Strong technical understanding of Teamcenter extensions and configurations, including BMIDE, ITK, SOA, REST APIs, Dispatcher, and integration frameworks.
•    Ability to lead requirement workshops, fit-gap assessments, architecture reviews, solution estimation, and stakeholder discussions with business and IT leadership teams.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills with experience leading global teams and driving successful PLM transformation programs in MedTech or regulated manufacturing industries.
