SOC Team Lead: Incident Response & Cloud Security

Starling Bank Limited is seeking an experienced SOC Team Lead to join our cyber security function. You will oversee incident response across 24/7 operations, coordinating with Sydney, Toronto and UK teams to protect Starling Group's customers and assets.

You'll guide analysts, refine detection and response processes, and drive improvements in security readiness. A strong background in cloud security and SIEM is essential, with leadership experience and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
