Job Description Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Lead Cyber Range Architect II to design, develop, and maintain advanced cyber ranges and simulation environments. This role is critical to our mission of providing cutting-edge cyber training solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer network architecture, cyber security, and a passion for creating realistic, high-fidelity training environments. Responsibilities
- Design and architect complex cyber ranges and simulation environments to support a variety of training scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement network designs, including IP addressing schemes, VLAN configurations, and firewall rules.
- Integrate advanced cyber tools and technologies into the training environments.
- Conduct regular assessments and updates to ensure the ranges remain current and relevant.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and architects.
- Document all designs, configurations, and procedures for internal and client use.
- Support client engagements by deploying and configuring cyber ranges at client sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer network architecture and cyber security.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying complex network environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with cyber range platforms and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
