Director, Organizational Development & Learning

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Director, Organizational Development & Learning to lead system-wide OD and learning strategies that strengthen a high-performance, patient-centered culture. This role designs and implements leadership, clinical, and staff development programs, drives change initiatives, and builds a continuous learning culture across 17 hospitals and related entities. Partnering with executives and HR, the Director uses data-driven insights to assess organizational effectiveness, align talent strategies with business goals, and advance innovation, inclusion, and professional growth in a complex healthcare environment.
