Director, Organizational Development&Learning

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Director, Organizational Development & Learning to lead system-wide strategies that strengthen culture, leadership capability, and performance across 17 hospitals and numerous programs. This role designs and oversees enterprise learning, leadership, and change initiatives, partnering closely with executives and HR leaders. The Director will manage a high-performing team, leverage learning technologies, and use data to evaluate impact, supporting an innovative, inclusive environment where employees grow while advancing excellent patient care in a large, complex healthcare system.
