Role Overview

This role is ideal for a certified ServiceNow architect who is passionate about helping organisations move beyond traditional ITSM and leverage the platform to design and deliver end-to-end workflows across their entire business and technology landscape. You will operate as a senior technical leader, combining hands on delivery with architecture ownership and pre sales solutioning.

What You Will Do

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned to ServiceNow best practices and roadmap, customer enterprise architecture standards, government and regulatory requirements. Contribute directly to delivery, balancing architecture leadership with hands on implementation. Translate business challenges into platform enabled solutions that deliver measurable value.
