The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Undertake tasks such as battery replacements, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Work independently to resolve a variety of roadside challenges.
• Start and finish your workdays from home.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
