ERP Business Analyst

We will consider candidates who are willing to be hybrid (3-days) in Newark, DE. This will allow more candidates from Philadelphia and NJ. They will need to go to Dover 1 day/month. This is a very high priority!
We have had several candidates reading from screens, getting coaching from other people, etc. during interviews.

Hybrid in Dover, DE
*Onsite interview-candidates need to be able to go onsite for an interview
*7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years supporting ERP Finance or ERP implementations
*Must have experience with PeopleSoft and/or Workday
*PeopleSoft to Workday migration/implementation experience is highly desired
*The ideal candidate brings deep ERP Finance expertise, exceptional business analysis and process improvement skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and implementation-ready deliverables.
