Program Manager- Pharma/Biotech

Job Title - Program Manager

Contract Duration -12+ Months- Remote

Note: This is a W-2 position. No third-party vendors, please.

Requirement

1. Eight or more years managing technology delivery, with recent experience in pharma, biotech or another regulated industry      
2. Hands-on ownership of SDLC/ADLC documentation across both non-validated and validated delivery — plans, summary reports, traceability — including experience taking a product from one state to the other    
3. Managing dependencies across multiple delivery teams and external platforms simultaneously Several pods and a growing set of platform integrations, running in both directions
4. Comfortable in a hybrid model — agile pods alongside non-sprint and exploratory teams, under stage-gate enterprise governance  
5. Credible reporting to executive and programme-office audiences
6. Jira, plus standard planning and reporting tooling     
7. Delivery of AI, data platform or enterprise search products
8. Experience co-delivering with a major technology partner such as Microsoft
