• Develop and implement strategic sales recommendations for new and existing commercial clients.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and propose comprehensive solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize provided tools and technology to manage sales agreements and operations.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all customer and coworker interactions.

• *What You'll Need**
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company sponsored).
• Capacity to work independently in the field and interact effectively with customers.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including ladder use and accessing confined spaces.
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
