The Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Retail Associates to join our teams at Melbourne Central and Chadstone during our peak retail trading period.

As a Casual Retail Associate, you'll play an important role in bringing the frank green experience to life in-store.

Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you'll help customers discover our products, deliver memorable service and contribute to the success of your store.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging, personalised customer service that reflects the frank green brand.
• Building product knowledge to confidently recommend products that suit our customers' needs.
• Supporting store sales targets through genuine customer connections.
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, presentation and stock replenishment.
• Processing sales and supporting daily store operations.
• Working collaboratively with your team to create a positive and welcoming store environment.

About You

We're looking for people who bring enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, although this isn't essential.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a diverse range of customers.
• A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach.
• The ability to remain organised and customer-focused in a busy retail environment.
• An interest in design, innovation and sustainable products.
• Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends and key retail trading periods.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating positive customer experiences.

• Melbourne Central, Melbourne CBD
• Chadstone Shopping Centre, Chadstone
