Job Description

Senior Full Stack Developer(.Net)
Location: Hybrid for LA, CA

full-time.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Application Development & Engineering

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and document enterprise web applications and APIs.
Develop scalable and high-performance solutions using modern software design patterns and architectural principles.
Lead development efforts for new applications, enhancements, integrations, and modernization projects.
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces that provide an optimal user experience.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and security best practices.
Troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root cause analysis.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Participate in application architecture and technology roadmap planning.
Design RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
Promote secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) standards.
Align development practices with enterprise governance and security requirements.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Support automated deployment, infrastructure-as-code, and environment management.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize cloud-hosted workloads.
Monitor application performance, logging, telemetry, and operational metrics.
Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Business Analysis & Collaboration

Collaborate with business units to gather and refine requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
Participate in Agile planning, estimation, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support user acceptance testing and production releases.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

Utilize Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and approved AI platforms to improve development productivity.
Design AI-enabled business solutions utilizing LLMs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, and enterprise AI services.
Evaluate and implement AI-assisted software development practices.
Ensure responsible AI principles, governance, privacy, and security requirements are followed.
