  • Working knowledge of systemd service management, hardware watchdog integration, and Linux operating system optimization.

  • Experience with messaging frameworks such as ZeroMQ and ActiveMQ.

  • Familiarity with lightweight IPC frameworks, including ZeroMQ or D-Bus.

  • Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core microservices and API-based architectures.

  • Experience with C# and PostgreSQL in software development or system integration environments.

  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, system reliability, logging, monitoring, observability, and incident analysis.

  • Experience conducting code reviews, managing technical risks, and preparing technical documentation.

  • Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries, particularly medical devices, life sciences, healthcare technology, or similar environments.

  • Experience integrating embedded devices with microservices, legacy applications, and enterprise systems.

  • Familiarity with database tuning, messaging optimization, and production system troubleshooting.

  • Experience providing technical leadership and guidance on Yocto-based Linux platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions using Embedded Linux, Yocto, C#, ZeroMQ, ActiveMQ, and PostgreSQL.

  • Lead integration strategies connecting embedded devices, microservices, and legacy applications through messaging frameworks and API-based architectures.

  • Optimize system performance, reliability, maintainability, and operational stability across embedded and software components.

  • Configure and maintain Linux services, hardware watchdog mechanisms, and system-level performance optimizations.

  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues through proactive monitoring, logging, observability, database tuning, and incident analysis.

  • Conduct code reviews, assess technical risks, maintain comprehensive documentation, and establish development best practices.

  • Provide technical guidance and support for Yocto-based Linux platforms and ARM-based embedded systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to evaluate technical feasibility, support delivery roadmaps, and improve overall solution quality.

  • Promote reliable, scalable, and maintainable software architectures while ensuring alignment with applicable quality and compliance requirements.
