We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician to join a leading thoracic medicine team within a prominent healthcare network renowned for its comprehensive patient care and commitment to advancing medical knowledge. The Role

• Lead patient care on the pneumology ward, performing diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopies, including EBUS and cryo-biopsy.
• Conduct thoracic sonography, including drainage procedures and biopsies.
• Initiate and monitor non-invasive ventilation therapies in close collaboration with respiratory therapists.
• Participate actively in the interdisciplinary ASV for lung and thoracic tumors, as well as on-call and consultation services.
• Contribute to the training and supervision of medical and nursing staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Internal Medicine or Pneumology.
• Proficiency in bronchoscopy is desirable, training provided for advanced techniques like EBUS miniprobes and Cone Beam CT.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, with a passion for continuous learning and supervision.
• Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and departmental development.
• Adaptability and eagerness to embrace new technologies.
