The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support for children and adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, assist with therapeutic interventions, and support the overall treatment process.
• Administer medically ordered treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and manage day-to-day organizational tasks on the ward.
• Actively contribute to a positive, structured, and safe interdisciplinary team environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, psychiatric nurse, or pediatric nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in a psychiatric setting, though not a strict requirement.
