About the Role

CGIG Holdings LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Miami, FL. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers
Monitor sales performance metrics, pipelines, and forecasts
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales initiatives
Represent CGIG Holdings LLC at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven sales leadership experience, in a Home Health Care director-level role
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
