Integrated People Solution Systems Administrator
- Annual Pay: £17.85 PAYE or £23.20 via Umbrella
- Location: Doncaster Centre, Hybrid Working
- Job Type: Full-time
Join our team in the heart of Doncaster, where we are seeking an Integrated People Solution Systems Administrator to manage and support the business system administration of our Integrated People Solution. This role is crucial in ensuring the system supports both adults and children's case management, education management, financials, integrations, and various portals effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Complete required configuration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of the Integrated People Solution to ensure it is always fit for purpose and meets both current and future operational requirements.
- Execute all required systems upgrades and fixes, ensuring these are planned and conducted with minimal disruption to the business.
- Provide timely support responses to stakeholders and adopt a proactive approach to any planned changes, such as changes to legislation or integration agendas.
- Negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including system suppliers, to coordinate developments and manage the resolution of issues.
- Evaluate proposed systems upgrades for changes or additional functionality and features, ensuring these are planned, tested, and applied with minimal disruption to the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant experience in technology configuration and administration.
- Experience of supporting users with Mosaic or Synergy systems.
- Proven experience in providing support to services and staff.
- Excellent understanding of how to interpret business requirements into technological setups.
- Ability to constantly monitor and maintain critical systems to maximise performance and availability.
