Senior Tech Lead Java Full Stack

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead Java Full Stack to lead a development team and deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and Microservices, while also providing technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance.

The role also requires familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java Full Stack developers.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and code collaboration.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI to improve developer productivity and code quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on technical solutions.
• Drive technical improvements and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Communicate technical progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Java Full Stack development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Strong front-end development experience with Angular.
• Experience with GitHub and modern source-control practices.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud-native and distributed application development.
