Job Title: Sr. .NET Developer
Location: Columbus, OH – Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable applications, build APIs, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide 1–2 junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in application architecture and design discussions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
• Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and API documentation.
• Follow best practices for security, performance, testing, and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Windows Forms (WinForms).
• Experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of application security practices.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure cloud experience.
• Azure DevOps experience.
