The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and present a wide range of fresh produce, including meat, sausage, cheese, and delicacies.
• Skillfully prepare and portion products, creating high-quality, appealing selections for customers.
• Independently develop and produce specialty items using in-house recipes.
• Implement innovative ideas for sales promotions to drive business.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to strict hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or prior experience in food retail or (system) gastronomy.
• Enthusiasm for working with food and a strong interest in preparing and refining fresh produce.
• A genuine passion for customer interaction and a love for the retail environment.
• Excellent customer focus, strong communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 22:00.
