The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members in need.
• Address a variety of issues, from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Start and end your workdays from home, providing solutions on the roadside.
• Act as a knowledgeable and reassuring presence for members during stressful situations.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving license.
