Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a
Marketing Assistant who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.

Marketing Assistant
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalency, required. Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or equivalency; 2+ years of marketing, social media, or graphic design experience; proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, WordPress, Go High level, social media and marketing platforms, and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred. Basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, digital marketing metrics, and lead tracking. Strong writing, proofreading, communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Ability to photograph and capture short-form video content suitable for social media. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working with multiple company brands. Ability to work independently while following established brand guidelines and management direction.

Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
Participate in goal-setting meetings with management and team. Coordinate marketing campaigns: manage marketing calendars, promotions, budgets, vendor relationships, deadlines, and project deliverables across multiple brands. Create engaging marketing content: design graphics, write marketing copy, and produce photo and video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, events, and promotional materials.

Manage social media and digital presence: plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across social media platforms while supporting online engagement and digital advertising initiatives. Track marketing performance and website content: maintain website content, coordinate with marketing vendors, monitor key performance metrics, and prepare marketing performance reports. Execute email, text, and event marketing: develop and distribute email and text campaigns, maintain customer marketing lists, and support the promotion and execution of company events, home shows, and sales campaigns.

Pay

$25.00-$30.00/hr.

Schedule:
Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (on-site)
Unpaid 1-hour meal break, non-exempt
Rotating schedule Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am-3:00pm, and evening hours for events
