The Role

• Serve as the primary technical steward for mission-critical, on-premises server and storage infrastructure.
• Architect, implement, document, and sustain enterprise infrastructure supporting file and application servers.
• Design and maintain highly available VMware environments and NetApp SAN solutions, including SnapMirror configurations.
• Ensure compliance with required configuration baselines, vulnerability remediation standards, and system availability targets.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for government stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Capture and translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of systems engineering experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated accountability and attention to detail.
• Technical expertise in VMware, NetApp SAN administration (including SnapMirror), Windows Server and RHEL Linux administration.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation tools (e.g., Nessus) and configuration management best practices.
