• Responsible for elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
• Research and exploration of user requirements, costs, and benefits in support of documentation required for the demand management process.
• Responsible for analyzing the business needs to identify new processes and process improvements that will meet those needs.
• Documents current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps.
• Analyze detailed system factors including input/output requirements, information and paper flow, hardware, and software needs.
• Analyze “soft" system factors including roles, responsibilities, policy, culture, etc.
• Evaluate the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization.
• Develop and facilitate groups as necessary in pursuit of eliciting and defining requirements.
• Assist in the creation of the business case documentation.
• Understanding of architectural consistency and usability standards.
• Defines and develops user test cases and validates test results during testing.
• Executes unit and functional test cases.
• May conduct system demonstrations and training sessions, as well as participate in design/review of training content.
• Plays a third level support role by helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues with production systems.
• Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading data migration requirements from legacy systems into a new ERP (Sage X3) environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management, with emphasis on data mapping, transformation rules, and validation
• Deep understanding of data structures, data quality, and migration best practices, with the ability to identify gaps and risks early
• Self-driven and accountable professional with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to drive outcomes with minimal oversight
• Working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience in any of the following business areas is desired: Sales operations, order entry, accounting, finance, procurement, warehouse operations, order management, and order fulfillment.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ business analysis or systems analysis experience is preferred.
• Bonus: Sage X3 experience (ERP).

Scope of the project:
Client has implemented Power BI as its tool set for Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics.
Client has also implemented Onbase as a tool for creating paperless processes.
Client wishes to engage a systems software programmer experienced in Power BI and Onbase
The following description details the skills and tasks that are required of the systems software programmer.
Under general supervision, the contractor will serve as a systems software programmer reporting directly to a functional manager. Contractor will be a team member that ensures the stability and integrity of data, and server services through monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all server infrastructure. This individual has 24/7 on-call responsibilities shared with the group.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of Power BI & OnBase including design, definition, and development of Power BI & OnBase content type models, workflows, templates, reports, dashboards, analytics, data transformations and components, and use permissions that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharts, performs coding and tests/debugs programs.
Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation
Configure system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements
Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments and migrations. Follow best practices for secure web programming and deployment.
Adhere to internal best practices with respect to coding standards, unit test coverage, automation, and continuous integration.
Work closely with Team or vendor to ensure sound practices regarding site architecture, performance and reliability, and content delivery are in place.

Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
Non-Technical
- Effectively interact and communicate with peer to Director-level IT professionals.
- Provide feedback to team regarding product issues, enhancements and new features.
- Must have initiative, drive and be a self-starter.

- Proactively seek to identify, communicate and implement process related improvements.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and activities concurrently and able to provide periodic status updates to key stakeholders

- Prioritize numerous issues of varying severity, and effectively manage the resolution of all issues within accepted service levels. This includes ownership of the data entered into the Helpdesk system and appropriately updating both client and appropriate employees of status of all issues on a timely basis.
- Good customer skills, be attentive to detail, and responsive to customer tickets.
Technical
- Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions for customer issues related to backup configuration and recovery.
- Develop workaround solutions as appropriate.
- Perform equipment and software upgrades.
- Maintain familiarity with current computer and network products.
- Mentors junior developers.
- Adhere to corporate information security guidelines and promote information security among coworkers.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
- 10+ years of Software Development Experience within the full SDLC
- 10+ Years of State Government Experience
- 5+ years Power BI experience
- 5+ years of OnBase experience
- 5+ years of HTML, JQuery, Jscript, VB development, design and coding experience.
- 5+ Years of Experience with Agile methodology.
- 5+ Years of Experience Strong SQL and SSIS.
Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):
- Hands-on business knowledge of business processes
- Familiarity with EDMS fundamentals and design
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions
Additional Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with business users, management, vendors, and peers.
- Ability to mentor and lead small application teams.
- Strong business analysis skills with architecture and implementation experience.

Required Education/Certifications:
