Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

Description
We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support for end users in White Plains, New York. This role focuses on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, connectivity, and communication issues while helping employees stay productive across office locations. The ideal candidate brings strong desktop support experience, a practical understanding of Microsoft technologies, and the flexibility to travel as needed to support nearby sites.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues in an office environment. Diagnose and resolve problems related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365 applications, and basic user account access. Provide first-line troubleshooting for network connectivity concerns and escalate more complex infrastructure issues when appropriate. Support VoIP phone systems by identifying service interruptions, device issues, and user-level configuration problems.

Assist with Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account support, and basic access-related troubleshooting. Respond to service requests in a timely manner and communicate clearly with users throughout the support process. Travel periodically to other company locations to provide onsite technical assistance and maintain consistent end-user support. Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring technical issues to support service quality and knowledge sharing. Requirements
Experience providing desktop or help desk support in a detail-focused environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office 365 suite. Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, and end-user technical issues effectively. Basic understanding of network concepts, including connectivity troubleshooting. Familiarity with VoIP systems and user-level support for telephony issues. Exposure to Active Directory and standard account support functions. Comfortable supporting Apple iOS devices in addition to traditional desktop systems. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between office locations as needed.
