The Role

• Promote and sell connectivity products and services directly to individual customers by canvassing assigned neighborhoods.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of competitor offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and current campaigns.
• Drive sales growth and cultivate strong customer relationships while acting as a mentor and coach to frontline sales professionals.
• Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
• Provide onboarding support and regular feedback to new hires to ensure their success and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning for continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

• High degree of self-motivation and a professional demeanor.
• Proven B2C sales expertise, typically reflecting 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong confidence in selling abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including extensive door-to-door travel in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license in good standing.
