The Role

• Service and repair high-quality appliances directly at customer locations.
• Conduct prompt troubleshooting and implement independent technical solutions in a customer service capacity.
• Document service calls to ensure efficient field service operations.
• Contribute ideas for optimizing the repair service.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and joint customer visits for continuous professional development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Installer, or Power Electronics Technician).
• Enjoy customer interaction and possess a solution-oriented, structured working style.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a respectful approach to teamwork.
• Residence in Berlin and willingness to perform field service, possession of a Class B driver's license.
• Very good German language skills and a confident, service-oriented demeanor with customers.
