Snow Atkinson Griess, LLC (formerly Hackstaff Snow Atkinson & Griess) is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join our growing practice in the Denver Tech Center.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our partners on a wide range of matters for individual and closely held business clients. Our practice includes business formation and governance, commercial contracts, real estate transactions, leasing, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, and trust and estate planning. The successful candidate will also advise clients on probate and trust administration matters and collaborate with our litigation team on legal strategy and issues arising in active disputes.
We are seeking an attorney with experience in trust and estate planning who also has a strong interest in business and transactional work. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, collaborative, and committed to providing practical, high-quality legal counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking a sophisticated and varied practice with meaningful client contact, professional growth, and the ability to make a significant impact for clients.
- Responsibilities: *
· Draft and edit contracts, agreements, memoranda
· Ethical engagement with clients and opposing parties
· Develop and implement legal strategies for clients
· Research in support of transactions and client goals
· Advise and counsel clients on business legal issues
· Track and comply with deadlines
· Due diligence investigations and analysis
- Qualifications: *
· Licensed in Colorado (required)
· 4-7 years of experience
· Self-motivated, attention to detail
· Superior written and communication skills
· Sophisticated critical thinking and analysis skills
· Estate Planning experience a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite; Clio experience a plus
