Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with 11+ years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or F&O solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystem, with a strong track record of leading end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, F&O, or Business Central) solutions to meet business requirements
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript web resources, and custom APIs within Dynamics 365
• Build and maintain Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate flows, and Power Pages/Portals
• Lead solution architecture and technical design sessions with business stakeholders and functional consultants
• Perform data migration, integration, and interfacing between Dynamics 365 and third-party/legacy systems (via Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, custom connectors, or middleware)
• Customize entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and dashboards
• Develop and maintain solutions using Dataverse, X++ (for F&O), C#, .NET, and SQL
• Manage solution deployment across environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod) using ALM best practices
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within Agile/Scrum delivery teams
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 release waves, Power Platform updates, and Microsoft best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 11+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and/or F&O)
• Strong development experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse, entity relationships, security model, and solution management
• Experience with X++ development (if F&O focused) including AOT customizations, extensions, and data entities
• Strong SQL Server skills — writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Experience with Azure services — Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure DevOps
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and ALM for Dynamics 365 solution deployment
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 integration patterns (Web API, OData, SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe)
• Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS)/Dataverse architecture
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
