Guide clients through the complexities of home, auto, and life insurance options. Review existing policies to ensure families are properly protected against unforeseen events. Document client interactions accurately within our sales systems to maintain detailed records. Participate in local community outreach events to build our agency's reputation as a helpful resource. Valid New York State Property and Casualty Insurance License. Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, or customer service roles. Strong computer literacy for managing policy databases.
