Turquoise Ridge - Underground Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Technician

Position Description:
Nevada Gold Mines is looking for a Predictive Maintenance Technician to join Reliability Engineering team. Responsibilities:

Reporting to a Senior Reliability Engineer, the Predictive Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following;

•    Review daily oil analysis reports & investigate with follow up samples, filter inspections & operational checks
•    Audit oil sampling quality & PM inspection findings
•    Monitor component operating hours and developing failure trends.
•    Collect and analyze data on all types of equipment using predictive maintenance technologies
•    Develop and maintain predictive maintenance technology databases
•    Support the implementation of new inspection technologies and condition-monitoring tools
•    Support and maintain equipment health watchlist with documented recommendations
•    Review OEM fault codes and recommend actions for prevention
•    Perform physical inspections of high-risk equipment.
•    Generate and distribute condition and follow up reports to all levels of management
•    Support RCA investigations of major equipment failures with the Reliability Maintenance team
•    Identify recurring failures, poor maintenance practices, or component design weaknesses
•    Assist with equipment modifications, prototypes, and reliability upgrades.
•    Attend daily maintenance meetings and communicate developing reliability concerns
•    Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for supervisors and planners
•    Drive a culture of continuous improvement
•    Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
•    Proven safety record required
•    Excellent attendance record required
•    Previous training and experience with application of predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware preferred
•    (4) years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
•    Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment preferred
•    Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
•    Ability to schedule and prioritize workload required
•    Demonstrate ability to perform the essential function of the job required
•    The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
